Vietnam is becoming a new “dragon” of Asia booming economy. Coveted by some, it is also apprehended by others.

French people believed that they had tamed the dragon. But they did not really know it. At the time, roads of French Indochina linked isolated islets of influence in this long country, surrounded by wide countryside and a mosaic of cultures.

The country was, already then, resolutely turned towards Asia, rather than Europe; the World Wars served as a detonator and independence was not far off. The war with America has galvanized the division between north and south. The Soviet Union roll has tried to standardize in tune with the communist system. Enrich with this long history and maritime trade, the Vietnamese character has forged. It is renowned for its work, its adaptability, and its fine cuisine.

1000 years after, the dragon takes off again. There is still time to get hooked to it!! Come discover it and blend into its daily life
