This website does not present an exhaustive list of all trips we offer. It is rather a portfolio and we hope that, after having a look at it, you want to contact us by mail, phone or social networks.

We will start a conversation about your travel project, decide of an itinerary first, following by the travel conditions that suite you the best. Then we can agree on a price.

It is better to register as soon as possible to secure all hotels booking and ensure the availability of our guides-translator.
We can also meet the last minutes requests. However, we would prefer a minimum period prior to organize a stay, which we estimate at 30 days. Less than 30 days, it is difficult to guarantee the availability of the guide, and, as you can see in the website, we rely on very few people. Flights can also be full, particularly in high season.

Payment

A deposit, equivalent to 30% of the total price, has to be transferred to our bank account to confirm the trip.
The remaining 70% is payable, at the latest, 20 days before the start of your stay, by bank transfer.
The entire amount of travel is required for registration made less than 4 weeks of departure. 

Price
The price includes all benefits under the conditions listed on the program, ie: accommodation in a double room sharing, land and maritime transport (minibus, private boat…), entrance tickets and guided tours. Not included are the airport taxes (unless specified), the costs of obtaining visas and passports, tipping fees, all personal expenses and baggage insurance, cancellation insurrance, repatriation and health assistance.

Travel Insurance
We advise our travelers to subscribe to health insurance in order to cover medical expenses that may occur while on tour. In case of an accident, Solidarasia is committed to give necessary assistance to facilitate the compensation claims process. But insurance of all kinds are not included in our travels. We can advise you, if needed. Insurance covering all cancellation fees and lost luggage is also recommended.
 
Travel documents

Your Solidarasia Travel Book will be send 30 days prior to the beginning of your tour. It will present you all information about your stay here. A meeting on Internet can be organize to clear all questions.
