Overview

A short description

Let's make a journey in what has long been the land of smile, among people reborn of a drama, back to work towards a future full of hope. For the recent years, the Khmers have regained their tradition of hospitality, keeping as a model height of their glorious history.

After an unusual visit of Angkor Archeological Park, we leave for the floating villages of Tonle Sap Lake. We discover, though beautiful paths, the countryside near Kampong Chhnang and Battambang. Our visit in Phnom Penh is also a great moment on this trip, as we discover it through the eyes of an architect, by cyclo or from a boat at sunset.

Throughout this journey, several encounters are proposed to us: Dr. Saran team in Kol village, the fishermen of Tonle Sap Lake, people working in the micro credits... All these meetings give us an idea of the challenges facing contemporary Cambodia.
